 This set will satisfy the mini lathe owners needs for tools for spindle turning. The set will also be useful in turning small bowls. The heart of the system is an anodized gold aluminum handle with knurls. The length is 5 5/8 and a large diameter of 1", with two allen screws. The handle is equipped with a sleeve which enables it to accommodate tools with 1/4" and 3/8" shanks. The cutting tips are all made using M2 high speed steel and consist of a 1/2" spindle gouge for roughing out and shaping, a 1/4" skew chisel, a parting tool and a 1/4" detail gouge for (like a fingernail bowl gouge) final shaping. Plastic pouch provided for storage.
